BOONAH has been included on a list of promises if the LNP wins the federal election on Saturday.
The Wright MP said a re-elected LNP federal government would invest $218,000 towards the restoration of the historic Boonah War Memorial.

This came after Mr Buchholz also promised $1.2 million to the Beaudesert Kingfishers Rugby League Club if the LNP gets in again.
Mr Buchholz said the Boonah commitment would help preserve and protect an important local landmark in the Fassifern region.
"Over the last term of government, I have had the honour of working with RSL Boonah Sub-Branch as they worked towards their centenary commemoration of the memorial," he said.
"Sadly, the COVID-19 pandemic prevented centenary commemoration.
"However, I can find no more fitting way to honour the memory of those in our local community who have served than by preserving the historic 100-year-old landmark."
Boonah RSL Sub-Branch president David McMaugh, welcomed the commitment to refurbish the war memorial enclosure, which was installed in 1922 and currently showing signs of instability, cracking and general wear.
"The scope of the work is to undertake initially a professional engineering scoping of the work, then the placement of new footings and tree root guards, the forensic dismantling of the original brickwork and pillar capping, removal and storage of the scroll work and the complete re-erection of the enclosure," Mr McMaugh said.
"It is our sub-branch's objective to ensure this unique war memorial is faithfully preserved for another century and the members have done very well in their endeavours to that end.
"It is wonderful news that the vast bulk of funding is now not a distant dream.
"As the sub- branch president, I express my appreciation for the focus and shared vision shown by Mr Buchholz and his assistance in gaining the funding support."
