EMERGENCY services responded to reports of a single vehicle traffic incident at Kooralbyn this afternoon.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics had assessed an adult male for minor head and hand injuries.
The spokeswoman said the man was currently stable and had not been taken to hospital.
Queensland police said they received the call at 4.24pm and arrived to find a single vehicle rollover with no serious injuries reported.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services was also called to the scene, where the road remained open with firefighters from the Kooralbyn Fire Station safely directing traffic at the crash site.
