A PEDESTRIAN was in Logan Hospital this morning after being hit by a car at Beaudesert.
The man was hit on Edward Street just after 9.30am, Queensland Ambulance Service said.
Police said the 52-year-old Beaudesert local had been involved in an altercation with a driver, before he was reversed into.
QAS said the man suffered broken bones, cuts and abrasions.
The driver, a Beaudesert man, handed himself in to police.
Police said the men knew each other, and they thanked the public for help received.
"Because of the swift assistance from the public and witnesses, action should be taken shortly," Sergeant Natalie Cole said.
