Serious crash at Wyaralong, woman driver with serious injuries

EMERGENCY services have responded to reports of a rollover at Wyaralong this morning.

The accident happened at 6.43am on Beaudesert Boonah Road.

A spokeswoman for the Queensland Ambulance Service said paramedics, including critical care, high acuity and the rescue helicopter were still at the scene where a woman has sustained chest, abdominal and pelvic injuries.

A Queensland Police spokesman said the vehicle had one occupant.

The road was closed to allow the rescue helicopter to land and traffic could still be affected in both directions.

A spokesman for Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said two fire trucks from the Beaudesert station were also at the crash site providing assistance.
