Tamborine Mountain car crash sees three escape serious injury

Tamborine Mountain head-on collision

EMERGENCY services have responded to reports of a two car traffic accident on Tamborine Mountain this morning.

The accident happened at the intersection of Hartley Road and Long Road at 6.45am.

A spokeswoman for Queensland Police said the accident was a two car head-on collision.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics were treating one female patient and two males.

All are in a stable condition but have sustained minor musculoskeletal injuries.

Two crews of firefighters are also in attendance and a Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said while it was at first thought one person was trapped in a vehicle, all were out of their cars by the time firefighters arrived.
