A spokeswoman for the Queensland Police Service said the car had one occupant and had rolled on the Mount Lindesay Highway.
The QPS spokeswoman said the vehicle had come to a stop on its side with the female driver having trouble getting out of the vehicle.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said one crew of firefighters attended the scene but the driver was already out of the vehicle when they arrived.
QFES ensured the road was safe and left the scene in the hands of police and paramedics at 7.43am.
Paramedics assessed the driver, a woman in her 60s at the scene but a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said she declined transport to hospital.
