Weather Bureau rates south-east a possibility of thunderstorms as rain edges towards coast

THUNDERSTORMS are possible for much of the south-east this afternoon, with the Weather Bureau warning that some areas could experience damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain

The Weather Bureau has given Beaudesert, Logan and the Redlands a 95 per cent chance of rain today.

It is expected to ease back tomorrow, with just a medium chance of showers forecast.
