The annual Beaudesert Reunion will be held on Saturday, March 14, at St. Thomas' Anglican Church Hall in Albert Street, Beaudesert from 9.30am.
Last year saw the church hall packed to the rafters with returning and current Beaudesert residents reuniting for their yearly catch-up and a spot of reminiscing.
Event organisers Shirley Antcliff and Judy Balmer said 104 people turned up for the popular event, including former Scenic Rim resident Professor Marilyn Leask who now lived in Bedford, England.
Ms Balmer said the annual reunion was an important event, especially for people who had moved away from the district.
"This year for our 68th reunion, we invite all past and present residents and/or their descendants to join us during the day to celebrate with family and friends," she said.
"Whether you were born or educated in Beaudesert, or resided in the district, please come and re-connect with your friends and relatives at the reunion.
"Those who attended past reunions thoroughly enjoyed the time they have spent reminiscing and renewing acquaintances."
"Morning tea will be provided, and refreshments are available if your supply your own lunch."
