Beaudesert woman charged with break and enters on Albert Street

A BEAUDESERT woman faced four charges including two enter a dwelling with intent, one attempt to enter a dwelling and trespass.

A spokesman for Beaudesert Police said the 53-year-old woman was detained about 1.30pm on Thursday after break-ins on Albert Street.

The spokesman said the woman was arrested, bail was opposed and she was remanded in custody until a court hearing at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Friday.

Meanwhile a 15-year-old youth was arrested on September 30 and charged on September 30 in relation to break and enters on William Street last month.

The offences took place on September 17 when a solicitors, accountant, bakehouse, church and the Beaudesert Show Society were targeted.

A spokesman said the youth faced several charges and would appear before the Children's Court in Beaudesert on October 29.

He said investigations were continuing into other participants in the crime.
