LOVERS of good food and wine experienced a delightful mid-week Eat Local event at Bunjurgen Estate Vineyard on Wednesday.
The 114 visitors were able to taste test quality Scenic Rim meat washed down with Bunjurgen Estate wines, juices and fortified wines.
Rod and Debbie Richardson joined host David McMaugh to prepare and serve Running Creek beef.
The sunny skies and country welcome made the Beef and Wine in the Vineyard event the perfect way to spend hump day.
Guests enjoyed a light lunch al fresco with the added bonus of some of the most beautiful scenery Queensland has to offer.
Wine tastings were also available with guests taking the opportunity to stock up on wine as well as fresh Running Creek beef to take home.
