BIRNAM resident Rebecca Johnson was in town today accompanied by a little bundle of joy all snuggled in a bunny rug.
Ms Johnson, who dropped into Bean To? for a coffee said the three-day-old piglet was yet to be named.
"We did give it a girl's name, Xena, but we just realised he's a boy," she said.
"Looks like this one was rejected by his mother, we found him all alone and cold.
"We thought he had passed away but when I touched him, he moved.
"So we put him in a heating pad and I have been hand feeding him with formula."
The piglet is one of six born three days ago - Ms Johnson said the litter was not planned and she would be keeping the parents but finding homes for the babies when they are old enough to leave their mum.
