Man to face magistrate after allegedly driving while suspended

A 30-YEAR-OLD Beenleigh man who was allegedly caught by police driving while on a suspended licence will appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court.

Boonah police said the man was stopped for a random breath test at Coronation Drive at Boonah about 6.45pm on Friday last week when a check of his driver's licence showed that it was suspended due to an accumulation of demerit points.

The 30-year-old is set to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on May 7.
