Police investigate crash at Anna and Eaglesfield streets, Beaudesert

Emergency services were called to a crash at the corner of Anna and Eaglesfield streets.

A police spokesman said it was reported that a car had crashed on the roundabout and there was a large amount of oil on the road.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said three crews attended and found the car involved in the crash was no longer at the location.

She said the firemen used an absorbent to soak up the oil and assessed the scene to ensure it was safe before handing the clean-up over to the Scenic Rim Regional Council.

No other vehicles are believed to have been involved and no one was reported injured.

Police are investigating.
