Police charged a woman with public nuisance after a disturbance in Moffatt Street at Kalbar around 4.30pm on February 4.

A police spokesman said police received reports that a female person had attended a home and was causing a disturbance at the house and in the street.

He said police attended and arrested a 42-year-old Ipswich woman.

Number plates stolen

Police are investigating the theft of a set of registration plates which were stolen between 4pm on Thursday and 6.30am on Friday from a vehicle parked in a shed on a rural property at Greer Road, Munbilla.

A police spokesman said the offenders entered the shed through an unlocked door and were also able to access the inside of the vehicle.

Police remind landowners to be vigilant and to secure their vehicle even when it is parked at home.
