The Mount Lindesay Highway was reduced by one lane for 30 minutes after a car towing a trailer flipped and came to rest off the road shortly after 3am on Friday.
Emergency Services were called to the crash at the corner of Mahoney Road and the Mount Lindesay Highway at Woodhill at 3.13am.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics attended but no one was trapped or injured.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said three crews, including two urban and one rural, worked to right the car and remove it from the side of the road.
Crews were forced to shutdown one lane of the Mount Lindesay Highway for 30 minutes while they removed the vehicle and cleared the scene.
The lane re-opened and traffic returned to normal at 5.15am after QFES personnel and police ensured the area was safe.
