A 54-year-old One Mile man faces an automatic six month licence suspension after police fined him for high end speeding on the Cunningham Highway at Silverdale on October 1 at 4.10pm.

Police said a speed of 144km/h in a 100km/h zone will be alleged.

A 54-year-old Woodhill man faces a charge of drink driving after police stopped him on the Mount Lindesay Highway at Woodhill on October 6 at 7.25pm. He will face Beaudesert Magistrates Court on October 23 where police will allege a blood alcohol reading of 0.127 per cent.

A 38-year-old Camp Hill man has been charged with drug driving.

Police said the heavy vehicle driver was stopped for a random drug test on the Cunningham Highway at Aratula at 11.30am on Wednesday, October 3. He will front the Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 28.

A 40-year-old Landsborough man has forfeited his motorbike to police.

Police allege the man had been caught driving a motorbike unlicensed four times within two years. He will face the Beaudesert Magistrates Court on October 23.
