Emergency services were called to the scene of an accident at 73 Collins Street at Rathdowney at 2.40pm.
A Queensland Emergency Services spokesperson said the driver reportedly suffered a medical episode causing the vehicle to leave the road and enter a ditch.
Paramedics remain on the scene assessing the female patient and treating her for minor injuries.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesperson said paramedics were already treating the patient when a crew arrived at the location.
He said there was noone trapped, no fire and no fluids leaking onto the road.
The QFES crew worked to ensure the area was safe before leaving.
