Making the most of holidays

Local children have had plenty to keep them entertained this Winter holidays.

The Centre in Beaudesert has been running a fantastic school holiday program, featuring origami and papercutting classes, calligraphy, Bollywood dance classes, cooking lessons, and all of the arts and crafts one could possible imagine.

The kids experience Asia program continues on Thursday with the popular Kitchen Kapers – A taste of Thai, which will be held from 1.30 to 3.30pm.

The Beaudesert Library has also held a number of events designed to get the kids thinking creatively and having fun at the same time, such as the novel Food Craft session, where playing with their food is not only allowed, but encouraged.
