Woman taken to hospital after crash

A WOMAN, believed to be in her 70s, has been taken to hospital after a single-vehicle rollover at Coulson.

She was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries and back pain by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics, including a critical care paramedic on board.

A QAS spokeswoman said the woman had to be freed from her car by firefighters before paramedics could assess her injuries.

Police said officers went to the scene and found the car on its roof after the crash occurred about 11.40am on Friday between Hancock Road and Ipswich-Boonah Road.
