TWO Beaudesert residents and a Kingston man have pleaded guilty to drug charges while two others are set to face court following a drug raid at a Beaudesert address.

Last year, they were charged with 12 offences when Beaudesert police seized ice, cannabis, drug utensils, weapons and ammunition after executing a search warrant.

A drug detection dog and 10 police officers were involved in the operation on December 19.

Two people pleaded guilty on January 23 at Beaudesert Magistrates Court.

A 49-year-old Beaudesert woman charged with possessing a restricted item was fined $350 and agreed to take part in a drug diversion program.

A 32-year-old Kingston man charged with possessing a dangerous drug and possessing drug utensils was fined $300.

A week later on January 30, a 56-year-old Beaudesert man, who resided at Beenleigh, charged with possessing a dangerous drug was fined $350 at Beaudesert Magistrates Court.

A 28-year-old Beaudesert man charged with possessing drug utensils faced Beaudesert Magistrates Court on January 30.

He will reappear on February 27.

An 18-year-old charged with five offences, including two counts of possessing a dangerous drug, possessing drug utensils, possessing ammunition and contravening an order about information necessary to access information stored electronically, appeared at Beaudesert Magistrates Court on January 30.

Following the Beaudesert woman’s court appearance, her matter was adjourned.

She will appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on March 27.
