POLICE are calling on witnesses who saw the lead-up to a Josephville car crash in which a woman’s vehicle hit a power pole.
The 58-year-old was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition with chest and head injuries following the incident on Saturday, November 4.
The collision occurred about 5pm on Mount Lindesay Highway.
Police said the Kooralbyn woman remained in hospital due to her injuries.

According to witnesses accounts, the vehicle was allegedly seen tailgating and brake-checking shortly before the crash.
Police said speed could have been a factor and officers were waiting on test results to determine whether alcohol or drugs were involved.
