Resort passed in

The resort was up for auction at 11am by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in their Brisbane offices, but listing agent James Coffey said it was passed in.“The property was passed in at the vendor bid of $25 million,” he said. “We only had one other party place a bid, which was $20 million.” |
