In Beaudesert, more than 600 people lined the streets to watch the Anzac Day parade as it made its way down William Street to the cenotaph.
The march was led by Beaudesert RSL sub branch president Errol Guilfoyle.
Scenic Rim mayor John Brent opened the service which honoured war veterans past and present for their sacrifices.
Mr Guilfoyle said this year’s service was larger than the 2008 service.
“There were lots of children at the dawn service as well,” he said.
The Beaudesert State High School Stage Band performed followed by one minute’s silence to mark 94 years of Anzac tradition.
