Population boom

Social demographer Bernard Salt analysed data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics to discover much of the predicted population growth in Queensland would be from the relocation of baby boomers, adults born from about 1945 to 1960.The Real Estate Institute of Queensland has claimed Scenic Rim’s growth will become 260,000 and the region is already popular among the baby boomer generation. |
