BEAUDESERT girl Chloe Davis could be forgiven if 11 was her favourite number. Sharing her birthday with Remembrance Day, Chloe was born 11 minutes past 11am on November 11 and has just turned 11 in 2011. For any child growing up birthdays are a special occasion but for Chloe the importance of her day to the rest of Australia is not lost on her. She understands the importance of Remembrance Day and said she was honoured to share the day with her birthday. “I know that the soldiers fought for their countries and died,” she said. “My friends think it is really cool that I was born on the 11th of the 11th and turned 11.” Chloe’s mother Danielle said the family planned to celebrate her daughter birthday with a special dinner and some birthday shopping - already highly anticipated by the 11-year-old. “We going to go birthday shopping and we’re going ot get some jellies and some books and things,” Chloe said. “My favourite books are Bratz and Magic kitten and I’m hoping I get some more Magic Kitten books.” Chloe’s mother said her friends had often joked about how she should buy a lotto ticket with the odds of having her child’s 11th birthday fall on such a rare day and time. “Chloe has very good luck, she really does, she put in an entry into a competition and one like $1500 worth of stuff including an electric scooter so she is my lucky charm,” she said. For the record, when asked, Chloe said she did not have a favourite number.
